These terms apply when you use wearhalsy.com, place an order, join our waitlist, or take part in our affiliate program. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using our site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access areas you aren't authorized to use. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being broken.
Products, pricing, and availability
We do our best to describe products and colors accurately, but screens vary and small differences are possible. Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or an obvious error occurred — you'll be refunded in full if that happens.
Pre-orders
Drops are produced in limited runs based on pre-orders. When you place a pre-order you're charged at the time of purchase and your item ships once production is complete, around the estimated ship window shown at checkout. Estimated dates aren't guaranteed and may shift. Pre-orders are final sale — see our returns & exchanges page for size exchanges and lost package claims.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession, but if a package goes missing we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Duties and import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
Waitlist and emails
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about drops, launches, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. A waitlist spot doesn't reserve inventory.
Affiliate program
Applying to the affiliate program doesn't guarantee acceptance. Approved affiliates must disclose their partnership as required by law, may not bid on our brand terms in paid ads or make false claims about our products, and may have commissions withheld or reversed for fraudulent, self-referred, or cancelled orders. We may end a partnership at any time.
Intellectual property
The Halsy name, logo, designs, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. If you tag us or post about Halsy publicly, you give us permission to reshare your content with credit.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
